About Yourlife

Personal training and sports massage therapy, in and around the Cotswolds Your Life Health and Fitness offers a flexible and personalised approach to health and fitness, in a friendly, yet motivational environment. Ben will provide a unique training programme, tailored to suit the specific and evolving needs, capabilities and goals of the individual. This flexible approach helps to ensure that each programme is realistic, yet suitably challenging, whilst guaranteeing maximum results.

    • James Price:

      Ben worked with me whilst trying to gain automatic qualification to the New York marathon and subsequently achieve a sub 80 minute half marathon, both of which I achieved with his support.

    • Harriet Walker:

      Having trained with Ben for numerous years, now both in a group and individually, he never ceases to amaze me how every session is different and never boring. He adapts his teaching effortlessly to target the areas of your body that either need work or attention due to aches and pains. He pushes you to your limits, always getting the best out of you, yet is calm and supportive if you are struggling in any way. He is exceptional in his knowledge of what works for you as an individual and of the body's mechanics. If you are training for something particular he knows exactly what is needed and if you injure yourself he is able to advise and help your recovery due to his skills in sports massage and his knowledge of the body. Ben's sessions are always fun and one of the highlights of my week.

    • Paul Breen:

      In 2018 I set my sights on trying to complete my first 100km run, followed by a 70.3 Ironman in 2019. It was at this time I was introduced to Ben. Ben listened to my goals and also my training plan before talking me through the possible causes of my repeated injuries. His knowledge on training gives him a unique perspective when treating athletes; I genuinely wouldn’t have been able to complete any of my goals without Ben's help and will not go anywhere else!! Trust in Ben and all will be good!
